Are you speaking of who is the greater of two evils? Because I never said Ali was a good guy(or Lock On for that matter). Lock On fights because he wants to change the world, at all costs even if innocents get hurt along the way. Ali is pretty much a rabid dog that needs to be put down. Strange though, I would have thought Ali would be alot more manipulative and intelligent than psychotic, since he did pretty much put together an army of terrorist children from nothing back in the day. I guess he got bored of that act or something, and all he wants to do now is shoot stuff and kill people in his red Gundam.
As for being too serious, this Gundam deals with serious real world issues interlaced with fantastical technologies. It's nothing like a brainless-just-laugh-at-the-screen kind of anime like Azumanga Daioh. I am a firm believer that one can never think too much. I can understand those that want to just watch it and enjoy good mech combat action, but aspects of this anime forces me take my brain off standby mode and actually dig a little deeper than surface level. Plus I don't feel like concentrating too heavily on the other discussion going on right now about if the Innovators are genderless or hermaphrodites or whatever. That could only take my brain to a very, very bad place... :P

Well, Lockon felt for the victims of the terrosism. What differs him from Ali is that he'd never shoot an innocent person intentionally. Whilst Ali just revels in killing. I am for a slow and painful death for Mr. Al-Saachez

Suppressing aging doesn't mean on-the-fly alteration of DNA either. It means the prevention of chromosomal loss during cellular reproduction. There's a huge difference here.

I'm a bit confused here, i mean just a few days ago we had a discussion (not sure which thread) and people agreed what Regene said had to do with altering their DNA.

I'm confused on the matter, so i'm just going to wait for some official confirmation, though it doesn't stop my original idea that Anew is an Innovator.

You misunderstood. The person was referring to telomere loss being the cause of aging, and how it would be possible for Innovators to prevent that. That's not the same as altering DNA.

I agree, but I highly doubt we'll ever get real answers to their genders, unless Anew suddenly shows up flat-chested in the future...

But as I said before, Tieria is officially a "bishounen" (term used for males) while Anew a "bijin" (term used for females). While official material tends to change, for now anyway, those are officially their sexes.

Well, the point is that it seemed to me he hit all the key points. Didn't seem like there would be a "BTW, we can also grow breast to fool those ignorant humans."

BTW, it is officially confirmed that Tieria WAS wearing prosthetics in Ep 8. So its not like he grew breasts.

Yeah i know that. I still find it rather funny how i'm probably the only person who sees Revive as female. I blame my experiences with Kouga Yun's works in the past, and how easily i fall into her traps. Won't hear me complaining though. <3

I think Bring is going to die, because he is using the older suit. The Gadessa was said to be the most recent development of the Innovators, so it should last a bit longer.

That reminds me of Grace O'connor from Macross F.

I think Bring is going to die, too. He is filling in for Mr. Bushido as the close combat specialist since Mr. Bushido has ran off with Billy; he really has no other role besides a combatant. His quiet nature probably means that he isn't going to spill any beans like Revive and Regene.

I like the idea of Lyle x Anew because this can officially be the first relationship he establish as the new Lockon. Everything he has done so far and the relationships he has are his brothers, starting something on his own would truly open up his character.
