Actually I noticed that too its very cute when she desu-ne i was like awwwww although her way of speaking sometimes confuses the hell out of me till i watch the subs.

Does anyone have the ratings so far? Im curious how well the series is doing so far in Japan. Iv seen a lot of complaints about it on Japanese boards mainly super otaku pissed off about the genderbending.

God as in MariaHolic's GOD. -wry- Dorm mistress, or Ryouchou-sensei, has the furigana GOD in the manga just once in the fourth chapter. Geesh, I thought I was imagining things, it wasn't in my translation script, for some reason. -wry- Probably because I cut it out of the script file after I edited it..-wry-

Well I found episode 3 to be a great deal more fun then last episode...Kanako's continued rantings not withstanding she didn't manage to irritate me near as much as she did last time.

Might have something to do with keeping the nosebleeds to a minimum...I know she isn't exactly a male harem lead, but I think those types of roles have made me rage against any character that nosebleeds excessively just by association...

Monster in the bag took the cake this episode though...Gotta love a bag thats bully resistant.

hahaha. this show is without a doubt my favorite this season. its entertaining on pretty much every level. Maryia is so deliciously evil. i nearly burst out laughing during the "hint 5: it might not be from this world" sequence and the "zippppppp" sequence was subtly funny as well.

The music this ep was great too. the trumpets that played after Kiri-shan told them the truth seemed really fitting for a scene like that. i can't wait to get my hands on the OST. Plus the seaweed monster attacks next ep, which is most likely the dog, but still.. I'm still waiting for the Ninja in Matsurkia to come out. she'll kick major ass.

Its nice to see that gg is on a regular schedule now too. though it seems like they missed translations for a few frames this ep.

Mariya's given Kanako her rosary - no wait, wrong series!

This series so far gets better by the episode. the bag monster, the rosary, and the alaria beast erupting from the ground to something that sounded an awful lot like Europe's The Final Countdown.
Not to forget nekomimi bloomer!

Doppel Member Join Date: Nov 2007	Spoiler for ep 3: As entertaining as always, a lot more nonsensical and random than the previous 2, giving me a strong vibe of SZS, which isn't a bad thing. I liked the part when Kanako finds the cat ears, checks around for bystanders, then puts them on and NEKOMIMI BLOOMER~ but immediately realizes she's a complete idiot. HAHAHA.
