Uhg typing I no has it.... I meant to say if it was treated as a dark drama from the start I would have gave it more credit but its a shock lulz fest like EVA, only less "action" more innuendo.

Most of characters are decently setup if they played up the tragic romance aspect more it might have been decent.

Meh if the last few episodes were not all dark and dumb it could ahve been fu if he was the father of both of them and forced to take care of, the first few eps had promise of fun ecchi insanity.

Yes true but after the anime I got annoyed and watched like 20 to 30 episodes of Naruto in a row

The filler eps are good at killing brain cells. And frankly the SOL bits of Macross frontier are just as ..er... "potent"... LOL

Winter Garden I believe (thanks to a friend for jogging my memory, haven't watched it in ages). It's a somewhat more realistic follow-up/spin-off to Digi Charat.

After consulting with my friend (who's also seen Nana) he says it's not Nana too ;p I also dug out my dvds and had a quick flick through winter garden, seems it's not that either. So yeah, we're back to square one again

No, this is not from Nana or Winter Garden.

This is from the OVA vol.1 of 夜が来る！ (Yoru ga Kuru!: A Night comes!)
Adult OVA series based on adult eroge of the same name.
Unlike the other two posters before this, this is 100% confirmed. I even pulled out the DVDs to check myself.
In this scene, the couple are hanging out at the cafe, but the guy makes rude comments at a psychic otaku girl.
The girl retaliates by manupilating the couple to break up. The guy runs out of the cafe, and his girlfriend chases him, but he shrugs her off as you see in the scene.
Depressed, the girl wanders in the rain, and is eventually raped by a tentacle monster.

Another long-time mystery solved.
Being an Alicesoft fan (obviously from my avatar and sig) for years, I shoulda been able to ID this earlier.

This is Yoru ga Kuru? Interesting, didn't pick up on that at all, but then I rarely watch ero-anime. Also lol, there just HAD to be a tentacle monster didn't there. Alicesoft ftw
