They are personalities are kinda similar . But Suzuri way more irritating and fan-girlish . Unlike Suzuri Hiyori isn't a Dyke . Also there costumes are both red for most part . Separated at Birth

Was catching up on OP manga came across a color spread and Cabaji looks very similar to Byakuya . Yes personality and style are totatly different but appearance kind of looked similar in that spread
