yeah....he looked to me like a dragon ball character but i don't recognize him. maybe he's from a different series with the same animation style?

The one in the middle is Yuri Sakazaki from the Art of Fighting & King of Fighters games. The one on the right is also from a fighting game, called Last Blade. Her name escapes me at the moment, though.

Ok there was this TV anime in the 03-04 maybe 05 time frame it had a serious tone and limited magic/fantasy setups in the fiction.

Its Samurai based(Shinsengumi most likely), the lead charatcer is a red hair spunky kid with a smart and well balanced older brother who is not into fighting, their parents were killed, a gun toting Samurai called him(the older brother) dragon boy...and I just remembered wtf it was

Im looking for an anime that I watched a while back and I cant really remember it. I just remember being it was good. It was about a guy who was a fighter [using his hands] but fought against all sorts of people with weapons. I forget the reason for his journey or whatever so Im no help there.

Also, a large detail is that the main character changes and its the story of the first guys son who looks nearly exactly like him. I believe their whole family history of fathers has looked exactly alike. He also had a sword he kept kinda behind his back and he only used it when he rally had to.

Yeah sorry for the long post but if you could help me figure out what this was it would be greatly appreciated...
