hi..

my first post here..

i just started the series (ep31)...

but kakashi is one of my favs.. i like that kinda dopey demeanor..

so i was thinking jordan chan... (chook from young and dangerous movies).. ok he's getting on a bit age wise.. but he's got the dopey thing down pat...

Antonio Banderas could play Orochimaru since he looks EXACTLY like him in Interview with the vampire.

Brad Pitt could be Kakashi if you die his hair grey.

The only characters that should be played by Asians are Gai and Lee. Nobody else in the series looks asain.

TenTen
Neji
Shikamaru
Hinata
Female Sound Nin

And the list goes on....

I mean as anime characters in general, they don't exactly look Asian, but if your going to accept Lee as Asian-looking....I mean come *on*.

I dont know if anyone said this already but i think that Gary coleman should play gamakichi like in epi 77 and 78 lol cause hes hella small and he sounds kinda like him (dunno wut he really sounds like cause my sound quality really sux)

Well see, I was watching Naruto the other day and because it was one of the drawn out battle eps where Sanininkage stands around with the sword in him for what seems like an eternity and I began imagining

who might get cast when they decide to make a live action version of Naruto. I didn't go about the boring old fashioned way, I tried to come up with something innovative and well here it is. What if the cast were picked by some sort of name association, for example:

Sarutobi -> Tobey Maguire

Naruto -> Tony Danza (although he would need some botox and peroxide, but eventually Naruto should become THE BOSS of leafy village so there is a connection)

I got the ball rolling, I'm sure you can come up with many more good matches. It would also be good (since I don't have any Photoshop skills) if some could maybe do a quick mock up for us of what say Naruto would look like as played by Tony D.

One thing we're all forgetting..

is a live action movie would be made, obviously, in Japan... with most likely the Japanese actors and stars of the time in Japan.

So all the actors really should be Japanese... Cause lets face it, we've all seen Japanese cosplayers that fit the part so fricken perfectly, that I bet even the movie studios couldn't come up with something better.
