Sounds like Gambit from X-Men.

My first shuriken is finished ^_^ It's 3-4 cm wide, and flies nice. Not straight, but is does. Let's try if you can kill annoying brothers with it : p

Yep, Reminded me of Gambit too . The show that he saw it on was this Steve Harvey talent show thing. Pretty much a bunch of people showing off. The show was going on while I was by the computer. He told me about it when it was over. Freaking bastard

yeah, there are tons of ways to throw playing cards, Merco. i've practiced a lot with them also, and with a few tries can hit targets a fair distance away

How the hell do you manage point 6 and 7. Can't get the paper to look like it does on 7 and I can't find 6 but I assume that the last picture on the top right corner is 6 even tho there's not a number.

you have used 2 sheets of paper right?

ok so turn one over (invert B) and place the first sheet (A) on top of B.

So one way the piece of paper look like two triangles...the other way round (upside down) looks like...well nothing.

place the two triangle shape way on top of the sheet which you have turned over (and looks like nothing)

if this helps i'll be amazed. More than likely just confused you. I tried

Yes. You did confuse me I can't understand how to "invert" it. I know what the word means but I can't figure out how.

in that context, "invert" means to just flip it over. you can get the step where it says "to be used when the origami are combined" right? it shows two pieces there. so, take one of those pieces, and just turn it upside-down. then take the other piece and put it on top of the piece you just flipped using the picture in the diagram. then go from there

Well,i tried making one with my LEGO train tracks, when i was a kid.(Like really really small)
They were made of plastic by the way, and i used to carry them aound in this little pouch^^
But the sad thing was, that when i threw them , they sorta' split in half.

I was able to make an 8 pointed star that could be a donut shape when you pulled the edges, that was about 10 years ago so I don't remember how to make it anymore.

Ah, those ones, I think I might still have a few of those around, I keep some of the better looking origami in a huge plastic bag.
But those ones don't throw so well though, the points are too weak so they bend to easily.
