6. yeah fearsome woman is probably right. I just typed fujin in the dictionary and got a bunch of words. 婦人 is probably the kanji that was used for fujin.

9. "kakusei no koudou" i think koudou means "action" or "the act" so it might be something like "the act of awakening"

16. I don't know if its desert or meadow.

23. 苦/ku means bitterness, pain, difficulty. I figured senshi was 戦士, warrior.

27. "distant" is the right word, I get mixed up sometimes and think "haruka" means "clear" Don't know why...maybe cause when the weathers clear you say "hare"

Was anybody disappointed with most of the songs in the Persona album?

Other then Teresa, Priscilla, Miria, and I guess Claire from time to time, I've really never listened to any of them more then once. Rock music just isn't what I imagined, it just doesn't fit with Claymore. I was expecting melodies like the ones on the official soundtrack. I can understand Helen or Deneve, or the more passionate warriors having a rock song, but for the most part, I expected ballads or at least some more variety, not rock for every single one of them. Hearing the jagged English as well just sounds....funny

And the particular characters are disappointing too. Why so few songs? I understand it may be tough for some voice actors who can't make the time or can't sing, but I just expected more. I mean, Noel and Sophia.....Noel and Sophia, why the hell do they BOTH have songs? They're not important whatsoever, they were killed off by Priscilla and never seen or heard from again, or at least anywhere near as important to deserve songs. I understand this is following the anime, but it feels like such a waste that they got songs when, say, Jean didn't, who got excessive amounts of importance in the anime, even if that importance was also just as stupid.

And speaking of that, where are earth were all the Males? If this is supposed to be following the anime, where's Raki? Rigardo got so many lines for whatever reason, where's his song? listening to Isley would have been cool, Rubel probably would have been scary. Can't any of them sing? . I'm not dumb; I know Claymore's male characters have never been as large, or anywhere near as important as the female characters, but I at least expected one. Surely that wasn't too much to ask for.

There were some I would say, but not disappointment, rather something different I think, overall I think for me all of it's music was ok. There were some, which were very special indeed.

Can't say that I cared much for the persona songs... I kinda liked Clare's and a few others but for the most part it was meh.

Now my question is if anyone has any songs/artists similar to the ED (Danzai no Hana) I love the little wooden flute thing and the choirelike little sounds. The only thing that I know of that is somewhat similar is stuff by Yuki Kajiura (who is amazing btw check her out). Violins/acoustic guitars/flutey things are a must .

The soundtrack on my Zune doesn't list the characters, just the song titles and voice actresses(both of which are Japanese), so I'm going by vague memory which song is for who.

Still doesn't change my opinion that the whole thing's a waste. Whole thing should have been longer, broader in characters, and more variety with music genres. Ophelia for example could have had a crazy psychedelic song to match her insanity, or Jean could have something sounds that sounds like a hollywood theme song to match her nobelity. It felt like potential wasted.

May I suggest "All Along the Watch Tower" their are two good versions one by Bob Dylan and one by Jimi Hendrix. I personally prefer the Jimi Hendrix version but both are very good. The song as been stuck in my head since forever, but who cares since this song could really work here.
