Uhh... what do you want to use the images for? I'll do it if it's fine to leave them on a white background, but if you want to put the logo on top of another image, that would involve dealing with transparency, and that would be a problem.
I'd suggest, if you have Photoshop (and I'm assuming you do, since you said you "don't know how" and not "don't have"), learn it. It's really worth it. I think it's possible to save a PNG with semitransparency, but not all browsers and programs are compatible with that. Theoretically if I just send it to you as transparent GIF with pixelly edges, the pixelly edges should disappear if you resize the image, but... In any case if you do have Photoshop, just make sure the image is on an unlocked layer, use the magic wand tool (or select->color range) to select the white space, and simply hit delete. The gray-and-white checkerboard pattern represents transparency. If you don't need the transparency and white space is fine, just use the crop tool, it's one of the easiest image editing tools there is.

Did this for laughs among my buddies after I remembered that there was a popular brand of smoking mosquito repellent/killer we often use in the provinces -- it goes by the brand of "Lion-Tiger" -- and that we all know that Taiga is the "Palmtop Tiger":
