Just curious as to what pplz favorite Adult Swim comedy show was out of the ones they show (excluding Anime comedy and the two Fox shows).

Mine is obviously Aqua Teen Hunger Force.

ok, we dont get Adult Swim over here, but can someone tell me what the hell kind of name is that anyway? 'Adult Swim' is it something us foreigners wont understand? or what @_@

It is the night block on Cartoon Network with shows for adults (not porn if you were thinking that). Basically how Toonami on Cartoon Network is the set of action shows, Adult Swim is a set of shows each night for adults (mostly comedy til 12:30, then they show anime)

Adult Swim isn't a very common saying in the U.S. really either(unless you spend a lot of time at a community pool). The term refers to when children have to get out of the pool because the time slot has been reserved for older swimers (usually elderly people). So while sounding really wierd, it does make sense as a name for the time slot.

That said, aqua teen hunger force!! Sealab a close second but Aqua Teen Hunger Force being on weekdays has sold me on that series. Wasn't as big a fan when it only came on once a week, but now that I've seen so many more episodes I can't get enough of the show. Favorite episode has got to the be the one w/ the robotic chicken/ghost of christmas past from the future.

Ahhh! We don't have the adult swim section type thing on cartoon network over here but they have shown some cartoons by adult swim! Actually, i believe they showed all the ones you listed. My favourite would have to be Home Movies (with Aqua Teen Hunger force second)...I just loved it so! <3

Sometimes a pool will have a time set up where the elderly can swim in the pool without all the loud and whiny kids messing it up for them. Cartoon Network's "Adult Swim" is shown at late at night, the idea being that parents or teens can stay up and watch it while their children or younger siblings are asleep.

Some of the Adult Swim shows are as funny as hell, but I wouldn't want to have to explain them to my sister.

Family Guy is the funniest show on there... well Aqua Teen Hunger Force is also good...

Family Guy and Futurama aren't original Cartoon Network shows. And they weren't part of Adult swim to begin with.

Sealab used to be my favorite, but now I'd have to say that it's Aqua Teen Hunger Force (What better setting for a show then New Jersey?) heh.

Brak and Space Ghost are alright... but I hate Home Movies and Harvey Birdman with a passion.

i feel ya man, home movies SUCK!!! but a friend of mine loves it....so i put it up there cuz i figured STATISTICALLY SOMEONE would pick it...

I hate the Brak show with a passion, I only like Zorak on there and I'd rather see him on Space Ghost anyways. I don't care for Home Movies either, but I love the character of Coach McGurk (a lazy oaf who coaches a sport that he has no understanding of, plus he's just a terrible person to have around these kids). Aqua Teen Hunger Force is the best show on Adult Swim! I love it, it's hella funny.

Home Movies sucks, but the other comedy shows are alright, and I hate anime dubs, so screw them!

Aqua Teen Hunger Force is one of the funniest things I've seen in a while.

Shake: It's the bus of the undead!

Frylock: It's just a damn school bus!

Home Movies first premired on UPN about 2 years before Adult Swim, so it's technically nnot an Adult Swim show.

Y'know watching adult swim tonight, I realize that the really bad adult swim cartoons aren't on this poll. I can see people not liking the series on this poll but the ones to truely hate aren't on there. Baby Blues is just so damn boring....

Heh. I couldn't vote in the poll, I could never choose between Harvey Birdman and Aqua Teen Hunger Force. They're both my babies. :P

I like a majority of the shows but Baby Blues is really the exception, occasionly it'll be on and I'll here a semi-funny joke, but that's it. The only thing I thought was actually funny on that show was this extremely corny joke Rodney said.

Did you hear about the sexy pirate movie? It's rated Arrrrrr!

Harvey Birdman: Attorney At Law is the only one I like (out of those).

the funniest episode, was the one when peanut was discoverying his super powers (something like that)

lol yeah that was the best episode, I voted for Sealab over Aqua Teen Hunger Force because I overdosed on ATHF since they are showing two episodes a night. But new eps of Sealab every week I look forward to.
