Clannad - its music aids the mood perfectly. Without these tracks, I would not have been reduced to tears multiple times! Yet it has this uplifting, inspiring quality to it.

Personally I think the orchestral second soundtrack of Love Hina was a fantastic score, and it's a shame that it's associated with an anime that isn't generally..er..respected, because it is is very, very lovely music.

Definitely have to agree with your thoughts about Love Hina's soundtrack. The first disc wasn't all too stellar, but given the fact that it was mostly synth, I'm willing to be forgiving of it. The second disc is every bit as awesome as you say it is, though my only gripe about that is the tracks are just a tad short, which means you don't get to enjoy the song for very long before the next one comes in.

I've have to say Clannad. There's like 10 soundtracks I could listen to all day long. Bleach would come second. Then Fullmetal Alchemist.

Kumo no Mukou, Yakusoku no basho (The Place Promised in our Early Days)
Byousoku 5 Centimeter (5 Centimeters Per Second)

All of the music was composed by Tenmon and the sound is so remarkable.

i so agree with all of ur picks! tenmon makes very amazing music.

i'm a fan of makoto shinkai and he makes awesome videos.

Soul Eater and Death Note for me because of the rock/metal soundtrack. Still listen to these from time to time
