I see a post i did got deleted. Very well then, i won't post any background information about the Canaan/428 relation unless your asking.

Also about ep 3:
Maria being traumatize of watching Canaan shot the boy. I don't think she was scared of her killing him. To me its a different reason.

Do really want to turn this argument into a flame war?

I not interested in one so i hope you forget this whole 428 fiasco and just watch the show & hope that Maria & Canaan do it.

I'm just concerned that people won't buy it due to its tie-in with a particular game on the Wii, PS3 and PSP.

Wouldn't be that bad if the game's licensed as well, though i think that's a long shot. When the show's licensed, they probably won't even mention that it's related to a Wii game, and just slap "by the creators of Fate/stay night" on it.

I just watched episode 3 and it was pretty good, overall. Maria was pretty annoying but I guess that comes off her character. Wonder how that will go later on.

And am I the only one who was wondering what Canaan was hoping to accomplish by shooting the boy? Make a hole in his gut and dig the damn thing out?

Then again, it was a pretty sure-fire thing Canaan would do anything to save Maria and that may have been all she could think of at that time.

Deathkillz ~ You're dead ^__^* ~ Graphic Designer Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: uk, England Age: 34	I am first to comment? ep 4 Spoiler: And the star of the show this week is Alphard as she comes out in a sexy dress at a formal party and literally kicks Canaan's ass all over the place in the ladies room. Canaan's past is finally explored from her monologue and as expected, her guardian turned out to be a "father" type figure who taught her how to fend for herself. He also has the snake tattoo on his arm which Canaan later gets. Their strong bond can be clearly seen and Canaan loves him very much (as she told Maria in the previous episode). But it ends where, for some reason, Alphard kills him in front of Canaan and flies off again in her usual helicopter escapes. Canaan mourns but in her mind she remembers what the man told him about nothing good will come out of revenge...yet Canaan hasn't reached enlightenment just yet and still wants to kill Alphard. Well she confronts her in the toilets but is bitterly defeated, tormented by Alphard's taunts. Surprisingly it seems like Maria and Canaan won't be making up just yet as they haven't seen each other at all after the incident. Maria goes all depressive but Minoru manages to cheer her up with food...at least on the surface anyway. Minoru doesn't recognise the chinese waitress since she no longer has meat bun chests XD Well she isn't exactly hinyuu either... Minoru is later separated from Maria as she wanted to take a nightly stroll (not a good idea) and is later saved by the waitress. It seems like this will be the start of another friendship for Maria. Meanwhile nothing much on the mute girl as she is back to her original owner. Not much on Liang either besides the usual air gun antics but this time at point blank range and on Cumming's face. LOL... Preview: Seems like Minoru will be fighting with mute girl's owner and more meat bun chests. Kind of got the feeling again in this episode (because it finally got a lot more serious and story-focused again? Then again, since the first episode, the story was interesting but not that understandable...), but it was interesting. Cannan's past, anyways. Maria's section... didn't move that far. A good comedy relief thanks to her and the old man, but story-wise, she only realizes something and shouts Japanese to a few guys who were going (o_O) over her. Following that, she continues to act somewhat like a dangerous person by shouting at the fake-breasts. Cannan's voice didn't fit very young Cannan... It fitted more as she got older though, but... It didn't fit the part where Snake... I mean, that guy picked her up. Not much for the sisters... The older one goes through the taunting route "Hate hate, etc. etc." while the little sister overreacts to Canaan (the usual her, in other words).
