Animax Asia is going to simulcast it, so I'm pretty sure Viz will do the same. |

the sites are up? yay!! I'm just getting so excited now. More Inuyasha and co. I read the manga's ending, but not everything that happened between the anime and the manga's ending, so watching this "new" Inuyasha sequel will be like watching a new anime in a way. Just when will it be out? Can't wait.

Likewise, I have to admit that I was hooked on InuYasha back in my early anime days (That is, before I began watching anime online.) I watched all 167 episodes on DVD and now they're finally going to finish the adaptation and honestly, I can't help but be excited about this because the ambiguous ending just left me with my mouth wide open along with disappointment.

Scan from the latest issue of Shounen Sunday (courtesy of Heiji-sama as usual), with some interesting information at the bottom:
I certainly wasn't expecting a late-night timeslot for the continuation of Inuyasha. I'd be tempted to call it yet another stupid move by NTV/YTV, but what do I know... The scan also shows that the OP will be performed by Do As Infinity (which was a given in my mind, probably because of their recent return), and the ED by AAA.

I'm not sure what to think about the late night time slot but there might be a reason, either way I won't complain about it too much because at the very least we'll finally be getting the true ending for this anime.

Way cool. I like IY and it was through the anime that I discovered DaI. On top of that, I recently became a fan of ToriA (while i was first exposed to them via the World Destruction anime and game, it was under non-anime related circumstances that I got into them good and proper). So this project is really exciting news for me. Looking forward to October~!

Can't wait for this, particularly with the news that DAI is performing the OP. Haven't heard of AAA before, but, judging by how much I loved the first season's ops/eds, I'll probably/hopefully get hooked to them too. *starts counting down to October 3rd*
