Any anime with a ''Arabian Nights'' theme ?
Just to be sure, I mean the whole 1001 nights thing. Anime or manga.
(With so many harem anime, it would be peculiar if there was not ones set into an actual harem...) That said, I mean a non-hentai one. |

Hard to even imagine one. Arab nations are so strict about their culture, they are taboo to most. There are anime set in the Middle East but none are only about djinn or soultans.
The closest that comes to mind is Gundam 00 and it is hardly about the Arabian Nights. There was a very old slapstic comedy about a jinie but it is too crude. Surprisingly, there is an old cartoon set in the Arabian Nights. And there is Disney's Alladin. |
