Picks: 0-1 (3-3; 87-63)
Predictions: 1-0 (4-2; 125-25) Taiga led all the way. (Same thing happened in Best Moe) With Azunyan's loss, my top5 are out and Yui is the only one left from my top10. Go Yui! Vote: Mihoko Prediction: Mihoko Back to voting/predicting Saki. Captain has the advantage over Eruruu here. Heterochromia moe~~~~~~

Yesterday's Results:
Aisaka Taiga - 825 (53.71%) Nakano Azusa - 711 (46.29%) While Yui is stronger than Kushieda, Taiga is stronger than Azusa. Taiga actually ends up beating Azusa a bit worse than Yui beat Kushieda. If it wasn't obvious before, Taiga has defintely shown she has the power to compete for the top spot. Perhaps we'll see another K-On vs Toradora match in the near future. Today's match: Eruruu vs Fukuji Mihoko Eruruu Past Results: Round 3: Eruruu 534 (49.44%) - Yuki 397 (36.76%) - Haruhi 149 (13.80%) Round 2: Eruruu 434 (44.56%) - Haruhi 434 (44.56%) - Kamyu 106 (10.88%) Round 1: Eruruu 362 (41.23%) - Coopa 220 (25.06%) - Misato 156 (17.77%) - Abiru 140 (15.95%) Preliminary Group 7 1 - Yuuki - 592 2 - Tsumugi - 467 3 - Lynette - 390 4 - Perinne - 308 5 - Yoshino - 285 6 - Mizore - 284 7 - Eruruu - 272 8 - Kanade - 265 9 - Tamaki - 239 Fukuji Mihoko Past Results: Round 3: Mihoko 787 (49.90%) - Ritsu 445 (28.22%) - Ushio 345 (21.88%) Round 2: Mihoko 683 (50.48%) - Mikoto 599 (44.27%) - Touma 71 (5.25%) Round 1: Mihoko 649 (65.03%) - Matsurika 168 (16.83%) - Ren 94 (9.42%) - Nena 87 (8.72%) Preliminary Group 5 1 - Mihoko - 444 2 - Misaka 10032 - 386 3 - Yoshika - 380 We've got two more Saki matches to finish off the round. The first one if Fukuji Mihoko vs Eruruu. This is an easy one to let the Saki fanbase get back into gear. Mihoko won't just win, she'll be aiming for the largest blowout of this round. All of Eruruu's opponents were fairly weak and she didn't beat them by very much. Her preliminary performance was also quite poor. Mihoko on the other hand had a solid preliminary performance and solidly beat Misaka Mikoto, Tainaka Ritsu and Okazaki Ushio. Mihoko should clear 61.40% without much trouble. Tomorrow is the big match for Saki fans. My prediction: Fukuji Mihoko - 67.56% Eruruu - 32.44% I'm voting for Eruruu.

Looks like at the end of round 4 there would be four Rie Kugimiya characters (Zero Mage, NEET princess, Short Tiger, and Tacos) if NEET princess manage to beat MAHJONG NET princess Round 4 Stats PR5 1+1=2 [Isumi Saginomiya, Taiga Aisaka] FR5 1+1=2 [ Louise Francoise le Blanc de la Vallière, Koromo Amae] OR5 2+2=4 PE4 1+1=2 [Chiaki Minami, Minori Kushieda] FE4 OE4 2+0=2 My picks for Round 4-7 Group G Finals Mihoko Fukuji [Yuki was eliminated, time for the best old-new character to move into the final eight. Among the Saki girls she's one of the best with her dedicated leadership and if I have the top ten winks of the decade she got the top (if it is considered a wink) beating Naru Narusegawa, Hinagiku and other best moe wink characters] |

Predictions: 0-1 (113-31) Picks: 0-1 (70-73) Winners: Aisaka Taiga Oh hey, another Kugimiya Rie winner. Group G <<エルルゥ@OVA うたわれるもの>> (Eruruu @ Utawarerumono OVA) <<福路美穂子(キャプテン)@咲 -Saki->> (Fukuji Mihoko (Captain) @ Saki) I'm already surprised that Eruruu has gotten so far, but she'll get demolished by the Saki faction. |

A double win-loss for Taiga-Azusa today. And both times Azusa puts up a fight at the end, but comes up short. One wonders what will happen next year, since K-On will probably be elegible in 2010 due to an OVA coming out in January. Or if it will be mostly forgotten by the next moe thing from that Spring.

Well, this lost hurts. No more Azu-nyan...
Well, another Kugimiya Rie voiced character going through. I'm literally bouncing around in excitement. Congrats to Taiga and her supporters. Damn, if a Toradora girl was going to make it, why not Ami or Minori? Anyway for fans of Da Capo's Kotori here is a YGO for her: Spoiler for Kotori:
Today's match; no question who I'm voting for: <<福路美穂子(キャプテン)@咲 -Saki->> (Fukuji Mihoko (Captain) @ Saki) First time all tournament I'm voting for Captain. That's crazy, but it's just been her competition. This time there are no excuses. Only 2 left that I can really pull for: Mihoko and Momoko

Oh crap, that's right. Well, it's just Mihoko.
Sorry Seishi. I didn't want to offend anyone or stir things up too much. I don't dislike Kugimiya Rie or her characters. For me, Taiga is moe, but I just find Azusa more moe. I just saw folks finding a connection between Yuuki, Louise, Taiga and Nagi and made smart ass remark about it. I shouldn't have done that.

Oh well, Azu-nyan did a great fight and Taiga was a big contender after all, and she's very moe too, so I'm satisfied with the results.
Farewell Azu-nyan you fougth well, and congratulations Taiga, you're one of my priorities now For today I'll go with: Eruruu @ Utawarerumono Even when I know her chances are very low I find her more moe than Kyapten. I don't mind Kyapten winning at all so it will a good result anyway (but it will be a great result if Eruruu wins).
