(L) Inuyasha: The Final Act

Hmm. This episode was a little jarring if you watched some of the later episodes in the series then this one. Because in some of the latter episodes in the first Inuyasha anime series, you have Kagome looking back at her adventures, and in the first episode here, she does the SAME EXACT THING.

And yeah, Hakudoshi getting offed that quickly is a bit weird.. why couldn't they build that up at least a little? Oh well.

Naraku survived because he's Naraku, and the crystal I think shows the person when they're getting closer to the baby/heart.

he was also my favorite character, they could have given him a better ending in the manga with ren , but i guess there is still chances considering he still keeping an eye on her.

Taking Seshoumaru aside (yes I know he's hard to ignore, closet lolicon that he is ) I'm also looking forward to seeing Sango and Miroku again. Sure Inuyasha and Kagome are the main characters, but they're meh. Whereas Sango and Miroku are pure quality. I mean Sango is a super hot ninja, and Miroku is a super perverted monk. Miroku is the character that i wished the most to die during the show broadcast. I don't know why i hate him so much, maybe I am jealous that Sango has the hots for him.

Nice episode. Love the art style, But as most you have already said. Not enough breathing space to even contemplate on things happening.

Based on these episode titles it sounds like by ep. 6, about 90 or so chapters will have been covered. And from the title of 8, it sounds like it's going to cover the big event of chapter 465. Which means they'd have 18 episodes left for about 90 chapters. So hopefully they will be able to slow down the pacing of the show around that time.

IMO it would be better if they spaced it more evenly rather than having it start this fast and have it end slow(er).

Well I've read just this far into the manga so I'm not bothered...anyways I personally wait for a different source than the cruddy quality on hulu as others might. Not that that should stop you from posting once it's out, just us gotta learn to expect postings on things we haven't seen yet. Or perhaps we could get individual episode threads for this show?
