vampire manga

Hi all,

I'm looking for some manga that deals with someone who ends up bitten/transformed into a vampire. That's my only requirement, and the only manga I can think of that fits this requirement that I've read so far is "Omae ga Sekai o Kowashitai Nara". It'd also be nice if the recommendation was fully scanlated/finished.

Well, Seras is bitten and transformed at the beginning of Hellsing.

In the anime Nightwalker a girl is turned a few episodes in... one episode is devoted to her coming to terms with the transformation.

For Hellsing there are two series, the original 'series' and the OVA's 'Hellsing Ultimate'. Personally I prefer Ultimate. It's much closer to the manga the the first series, which deviates about halfway through. Both are fairly violent though, Ultimate especially so (but it's done in a certain exaggurated style which kinda lessen's or desensitizes you to it).

thanks for the suggestions so far. Ive started to watch nightwalker, and i've seen 5? episodes of hellsing ultimate. Do you think its worth it to read the rest of the manga?'
