Except that the premise is not used all that often. Only two recent ones that come to mind are Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru and Ouran Koukou Host Club. Other than that, there really aren't many others. This premise is used far more often in manga.

Maria Holic has a boy dressed as a girl going to an all girls school. I can't think of any other examples off the top of my head.

you should watch Kampfer.
the main Character is Natsuru and hes a guy that goes to this high school where the guys and girls side of the school are segregated but all of a sudden one day he has the ability to turn into a girl and he has to find out what a Kampfer is and why he turns into a girl. its a pretty good series with some good comedy and a bit or Harem where the girls in his Harem are eigher in love with his girl persona his guy persona or both.

Forgot about Koi Koi 7... although, in honestly, it's one of those that should be forgotten. The first few episodes aren't too bad from an ecchi/parody standpoint, but the last few are just outright wrong enough to leave you confused and disgusted at the same time (not in a good way either (great if you're into loli and can deal with huge gaps in story progression I guess)).
