Never seen it before...the art looks old-style though, so it'd date it back five years or so. The theme is japanese so it's probably manga, I'll keep an eye out. If you're really interested, find a manga list on the net, filter it on ecchi and scry the witch-themed titles to see if there are any of the characters above or a similar art style.

It's a fairly recent manga about a girl who eats stories. The main character was a boy in high school had previously written an extremely popular book, but decided to retire for some reason. The main female lead simply loves to eat well written stories. I recall that the boy has recently been commissioned to write love letters for another girl?

Gah, I was just reading it less than a month ago, and now I can't for the life of me remember the name of the manga.
