I voted for temari a long time ago, but i must say that Shisune has become my favorite female character. She is the most beautiful/cute woman in Naruto and the second strongest female after Tsunade. Plus, her voice is so kawaii.

I'm generally atypical in my choices so....huh? no Shizune? She's so fyne! She'd make an awesome g/f...she's one of those characters that grows on you. I used to like Kurenai, but she doesn't show up much...and shizune's elegant figure/attire coupled with her great personality put her on the top of my list for now
