It's by a Japanese fan artist, but I can't remember the site URL. It's been posted in this thread before, at least twice, but I don't remember where exactly. Of course you could search the thread, if you have the time...

First pic, I think it's from one of advertising papers that come with some mangas in volume ver. Maybe it's from other manga?
I'm not sure, since Meakashi volumes I bought have papers that ad Meakashi also.
But there's not any volume number... it should come while vol.1 was being published.

Second pic, there is a "Next Newcomer" logo. It's from a magazine!?

I'm guessing it's from another manga too, because I've never received that paper before.

And the second one, might have been from an older version of GFantasy magazine then...? (The art style looks like Hinase's older drawings from early chapters in Minagoroshi-hen)
