Louise Valliere... I don't really hate her, just a bit annoyed and irritated. I would say she's the worst Kugimiya character. It's a great thing Saitou is an "M". Most of the other characters mentioned in the thread are really annoying, I found quite a lot, but it will be a pain to type it again.

For some unknown reason, I blame Chizuru more than the main character Kouta for being with him more than she should be. (in the anime anyway)

- Shinn from GSD. Totally ruined the series for me with his constant emo-whining.
- Majiin Buu from DBZ - I don't really know why, maybe I was just afraid of him, or something

- Sasuke from Naruto - before he meet Itachi, he was quite an "okay" character, but after that it's pretty much Shinn all over again
- That stuffed price thing from Slayers Revolution (forgot the name) - OH GOD. Worst Slayers character ever.

Female
- Sakura from Naruto - I don't remember her doing anything useful in the series
