Then what would happen to their original body parts? It doesn't seem like they regenerate. More like there body parts just come together somehow

I'm gonna guess that the body regrows from where the geass mark is - so with C.C. that would be her head - while the rest of the body just gets left behind,

C.C.'s Geass mark is carved over her right breast and extends down to the middle of her ribcage. If that were the case, she'd restore from her chest.

...I wasn't aware this happened in the Geass timeline, but alrighty then.

It depends on what kind of ruler Napoleon was. Ghangis Khan, for example, let the people he conquered stay as they were, pretty much. The Britannian population would probably only leave to America if they felt Napoleon were a geniune threat to their lives or current lifestyle.

Granted, most of them would be likely to leave- or attempt to- on the account of the fact they've been conquered. It just seems difficult to escape after someone has just taken you over, since they would either run a slaughter campaign, enslave everyone, make everyone adapt to their culture, or do the reverse and adapt to their new colony's culture.

TL;DR, no. Atleast a minority of the population would stay in place due to circumstance, from what I know. I think it's unlikely the entire Britannian side of the Isles could get out and find asylum somewhere. The host country might start to get ticked.
