That style looks NOTHING like Kishimoto-sensei's!!!

The only time we have seen level 2 Sasuke is in Chapter 209.

you dont have to bust a blood vessel over it. its jsut a picture fake or not there nothing wrong talking about it seen im sure naruto is going to force sasuke to use the lvl2 CS

I guess that could be similar, he could be thinking faster and seeing at a higher framerate than the normal eye (30fps ish). Whenever you hear someone talking about something like getting attacked or fighting someone, they say "it seemed like it went in slow motion", this is because they are thinking more, when your watching tv 30 minutes just disappears really quickly, and those 6-8 hours of sleep a night dont seem to even happen, because your hardly thinking at all, or at least not aware that you are.
