Which is why on several occasions Saya was told to be quiet she is naturally loud and cant really control her outburst.

Epic pose is epic! Also liked how Rei, Takashi, Saeko, and Hirano all raise their weapons, the nurse grabs her medicine bag, and then Saya... adjusts her glasses. Made me LOL.

What i really like about this group is they take risk in confirming the nature of "them" such as the hearing. Takashi agrees to be the guinea pig and confirms.

Even though I knew what was going to happen, that scene felt tense. Much better than in the manga.

Finally we get to see Mr Shidou and his voice was PERFECT.

All the voice acting in this anime FAR exceeds my expectations. Pitch perfect.

So far im fairly impressed by the adaptation except for one thing keeps bothering me thats how Saeko's face is drawn everytime i see it close up it just bothers me, other than that everything is right on.

I know what you mean, but I've gotten used to it. I actually like how she looks more like a high-school student in the anime. Can't quite put my finger on what's different, but she just looks more like a teenager. They've obviously lavished extra animation on all her fighting moves. Loved the scene where her and Takashi are fighting side-by-side. My only complaint is... why is she the only girl in the whole school who's wearing a long skirt!?!?

Says blushing is almost too cute for words.

They seemed to have dialed-up her moe in the anime (maybe to counteract her bitchyness).

I have skipped through episode 2 and 3 right now and... where is the horror that I saw in episode 1? 0_o

I wanted more to luagh than scream here... Well I'm not really huge horror lover so humour edition is a plus for me but I do think that they slightly over did it here... especially with the whole fanservice, it just ruins the series in my opinion as well as the mood since I can't take zombies seriously when right before them is running an innocent nurse... I mean come on, the guy is killing a zombie in the background but she is flashing her forms...

I'll be quiet about OP... is it series about zombies with fanservice edition or series about hentai with small zombie edition?

P.S. Description is seriously missing a comedy factor there.

it gets back to more of horror later, 2 and 3 were more character introducing

but regardless, that is how all horror movies are, they have some scary ass horror intro or start to infection where all hell is breaking lose and while the main group is getting their feet, and then it settles down into a story
