i have been thinking.
If it is a virus how would people post to this forum??
I think it is a good virus you need to reinstal your computer and can't post.anymore for a while.

If it's an unknown .exe file, simply don't start it. It should be .vobs, if it's not .vobs then you should alert on here and tell the others to be careful.

What programm can we open .img files??

i have looked on and its a bitmap File what could this mean!??

you can mount it with: Deamon Tools

and watch it with powerdvd/windvd or something like that

Well deamon tools said it was an incompatible image file.

Everyone, try renaming it into .zip, .rar and other such formats. It might be compressed. Also if someone has the patience to open it in wordpad or some other equal program and copy paste the first line I'd be grateful. Wanna see if it's random jibberish or whatever it is.

You might also want to try ISOBuster (trial version). AFAIK, it supports IMG files as well, so you should at least be able to get a look at what's in the file.
