Anyway if this is the end of Miria( which it probably is), I wonder if Dee will become the new leader of the ghosts? The way I see it is that Dee will finally rebel and become new leader, after everyone finds out about Miria. Or she is just a spy and she is about 2 pull a huge double-cross on us!

I hope she does become the new leader, she is very Miria like in a few ways!

after months of literally floating in nothingness around this forum i have decided to voice my irreprehensible sadness after seeing my favorite manga character get butchered like that. But alas, i'm sure Yagi has some kind of plan set for the next chapter. A big part of me hopes that Miria is still alive somewhere but it'd be hard to get out of that free for all. It was absolutely brutal. Probably the most saddening scene ive seen in claymore in a long while.

Dietrich is not the type that would be a leader. I see her more of recon/support type of person. She's good getting valuable information and is very young for that role.

Well, personally Yagi will bring Clare out somehow imo. It couldn't be possible Clare's being a monster if we cannot even prove she was merged with Raciella

besides, i think she's the most capable one of leading the group due to her unlimited powers and the story wouldn't end up if Clare doesn't meet Raki without being the way as she was when she separated with him. But if you confirm Clair's now a gibbering monster with no turning back, i would suggest Galatea

I find it difficult for someone like Dietrich, an outsider to easily fill in the role as leader. She's too young and inexperience. I sure hope you being a fan of hers is not the reason why you're saying this.

His situation is much worse he's going to be in the same generation as Rachel and this Raftela without Miria, Galatea, or Clare... yeah what worse fate can a single male have than being in this generation.

but like you I'm still trying to get over it. It was just such a huge violation of another that it was painful for me to watch.

BTW I take it my heads up for it being a tough chapter to bear wasn't enough uh...
