Need help on what Al says before intro

Hi I am looking for the original Japanese words of what Al says before the intro of every episode, you know, the "People cannot gain anything without sacraficing something, you must present something of equal value to gain something, that's the principle of equivalent trade in alchemy" part in Japanese. I want to write them out in Japanese and put in on my table(minus the last sentence) as a type of encouragement. Any help on this topic or link to a website/forum that has those is highly appreciated.

Sore ga, renkinutsu ni okeru toukakoukan no gensoku da.
Sono koro, bokura wa sekai no shinjitsu da to shinjiteita.
