this is the route and end I see:
1. Takagi wants to work on 1-shot with Mashiro but really it's too much for him to do 3 series, so either he scrap it or the one-shot didn't turn out that good, and he's back to 2 series
2. Iwase-Mashiro for 1-shot and/or their second series
3. Rabuta & Peace gets cancelled, and/or Iwase-Mashiro gets cancelled / OR PCP gets cancelled
4. Shiratori-Iwase for new series, and Takagi-Mashiro for new series. And Takagi, Mashiro, Iwase, Niizuma all have two series, like some kind of new trend starting in Jump, ++
5. Jump changed!!

Ugh, dammit. I was all set to see Mashiro-Iwase team up. Then I felt like telling Takagi to just sit down and stfu so it could happen. Really, it's not exactly interesting if the same people do yet another series together already, when there could be a new interesting combo. There's nothing different or fresh about that. Goddamn Takagi, ruining things.

It's not set in stone yet. An unforseen event might prevent Takagi from writing this one shot.

I sure hope it turns out that way. There's only so many times they can play the "We want to challenge ourselves with writing more manga together so we're gonna Stand Up with Authority and talk in Loud Voices until you let us!!!" card, and I think it's mostly been played out by now.

But he should have enough on his plate with that Takagi collaboration. Plus he's kind of in the Ashirogi Muto camp, although I guess I shouldn't be talking since I'm all for pairing Iwase and Mashiro (for a collaboration that is).

Yeah, and she'd probably wreck that poor kid. I think besides Eiji, Mashiro is the only artist who can handle her crazy right now.

Mashiro's training to come draw 2 series at a time, it'll be impossible for him to handle three series in a short time as he is now. But even if he was, I doubt he would want to pair up with Iwase. Methinks she will be working with that artistic assistant of Mashiro, I forget his name now. It would be interesting to see a guy with a super artistic sense for manga and someone with aggro who can write really good stories pair up.

When mashiro was thinking about the hobbies and interests which other authors used as an inspiration for their mangas i was thinking what is mashiro's interest. The answer is preety obvious: MANGA :P
