I can't believe that. Or maybe I just don't want to believe that. I mean sure you can cite poe's law and all, but Colbert's really over the top even for that. His anti-bear stance alone should be proof. Plus that he's on comedy central.

Not impossible, but a little sad if it's true.

Obviously you two are thinking too highly of the people in the tea party. Remeber that the majority of them think god came down on his magic pony a few thousand years ago and made adam and eve. I wouldnt be suprised to see that they still thought the earth was flat or iraq was responsible for 9/11.

Aw now that's just mean.
I've actually been to a rally here in Denver back in April of last year. They're not all rednecks screaming "they tuk r jobs!" Some of them ARE that bad, but not many out here thankfully. Not sure about places like Texas or Kentucky, they might actually scare me out there.

The thing is than I didn't heard of a tea-bager's quandidate than wasn't much of a disaster ( which is the reason why I heard of them)

I believe you can only speak for yourself until the vote is in, thanks. As for Japan, this is an anime forum at the core so "things Japan" are of interest.

Doesn't make it true though. It's not that people have rejected his policies, it's that they aren't getting results fast enough. People don't get that a financial downturn decades in the making is going to require years to fix.

The difference is that post-war Soviet Russia was able to reinforce it's territory control. Korea and China weren't able to. Funnily enough on Arirang, they actually have Dokdo as part of the weather bulletin.

I was a Dem for a very long time, but when they started espousing socialist ideas I left and became Independent. I'd go back if they'd return to Liberalism of the "Old" Left. So Hispanics are angry too? Any idea why, or is it the same as what was in the opinion piece?
