Finally the last of the subs appear! Hurrah!
And we didn't have to wait as long as we waited for Mouryou no Hako!
I'll be able to watch the second part of the series now.

Yeah, sure, let's destroy the bomb and let americans rule the world and kill milions of japanese with the atomic bomb (where by dropping it in that old shangai would have killed only a few hundred thousands)...

An opportunity thrown away, like this entire anime.

I'm a bit iffy on the ending but i have to say, Natsume's fight was epic.

But... the future refused to change.

The ending was quite disappointing as expected. As I had feared, the ESP powers were left completely unexplained and remained little more than a plot device. I'm not sure what they were trying to do exactly...

Senko no Night Raid Special #1

Was this aired, or was it DVD-only? All I know is it showed up online with subs yesterday. I've dubbed it, "Yukina's Purple Haze."

Spoiler for 'scuse me, while I kiss the sky...:

Sounds like it's one of the DVD only episodes, I'll have to track that down since it does sound rather odd.

@BBOvenGuy: It's indeed a DVD-only episode.

Spoiler for special:

I did a little research on opium. It's actually the same substance that was used to make heroin. And this drug is a narcotic which means it increases relaxation and induces sleep. It doesn't actually bring hallucinations (unless those guys are smoking weed).

Spoiler for on Yukina:

I finally finished this series up after giving up on watching it without subs earlier this year... I'm left wondering what happened to Aoi. I would not have expected him to survive, even with the last of his power, but why was it left so ambiguous? Did he disappear into the night from the plane's wreckage while Kazura searched for him? Who else would have developed the group photo and edited Kazura into it?

Yukina's mention of him was totally ambiguous, too. I want some closure!

The final special is an epilogue and definitely brings some closure. The producers also manage to reference another real life event. Kudos.
