I feel like there's something missing, but I can't pinpoint what it is.

Yours banners are way too long in length. Shorten them, so there's not so much open space. Also lighting is awkward, it's a bit saturated in areas and the placement of render is off. The text could be better and overall BG doesn't necessarily work. For banners like that, it's best to keep it simple.

Everything else looks alright, lighting could use some work and watch out for oversaturation and contrast!

The banners had to be that length though, cause it was what was requested by the forum admin there. I kind of blew through them all so the awkwardness is there, I know... they were meant to be drafts but I didn't have time to edit them >.< So yeah. But thanks, Legit

Yep, and he's pretty damn happy about it. He made his seiyuu debut as a character that's totally based on him

One more happy birthday, Masha, you'd better appreciate that I neglected drawing myself for an art assignment and drew you instead. (that's why you shouldn't have random print-out photos of him lying around on your desk)
