That may be the problem. People come into Gundam expecting largely humanoid designs; Zoids is solely animal.

I feel like you're generalizing here. Most of people here like CE to the extent, but that doesn't mean we will omit the bad points of it. I may be mocking it here and there, but I still like the CE. The same thing goes with Gundam 00, or anything UC related.

On this forum, the only CE fanboy that is hated by everyone is the name you should know by now already.

Now what makes you think I wouldn't like Zoids? Where various animal type mechas exist because that is the norm for the show.

What gaps in UC need to be filled? The OYW has been covered from top to bottom. And there are numerous stories dealing with subsequent conflicts.

I'm mixed on 'filling the gaps'.

I don't want 0083 a clone, but I would like some gaps to be filled I.E How Char became leader of Neo Zeon II etc.

As long as it's not between 0079-0083. Because sticking a few battles in there is unnecessary and boring.

The time between 0083-0087, 0088-93(REALLY want this, a chance to see amuro and char again),Crossbone,A remake of f91 in a series,Victory sequal(Would be great).

Any of those would be MUCH better then A cosmic era sequal.

Well, If that's your view I apologize for that one.

But you know, being a bit out of norm (I mean it's a single M.S.) is not always bad (some people even liked the idea of aliens in Gundam. Myself not included).
And the BuCUE is not the only out of norm mobile weapon i've seen in a Gundam show... dragon mobile armor in V anyone? no?

my wishes for the next Series:

- Ecole du Ciel (my favourite)
- Gundam X Under the Moonlight (but i think that will never happen)
- Turn A Sequel
- Crossbone
- or a complete new AU (this time: Mechwarrior Gundam, yes i can dream ^^)

or if Bandai want to continue milk the One Year War: Gundam0079 Remake

Yeah, I thought Gundam X was good, but a bit lackluster. I also thought Turn A was excellent, although I really do not want to see a sequel to Turn A.
