Oh, I know, and I completely agree. From what we've heard of the story, Youmu is quite appropriate... but ZUN should have done a story for Sakuya instead.

I'm surprised that nobody posted pictures of the new characters from Ten Desires yet!

Kyouko Kasodani

Yoshika Miyako

Kyouku is a Yamibiko, a demon/youkai responsible for echoes on the mountains. She lives in Myouren Temple. Yoshika, my favorite character in the game so far, is a Chinese zombie/jiang-shi (the latter means zombie in Chinese). She works for someone who is most definitely the main antagonist of the game.
