Yeah it seems twitter character limits (140 characters last I checked) caused them to word it poorly. They would've been better just linking to a more in-depth blog post. Regardless, this is a PR disaster for them and they're doing damage control now. Capcom Euro has, at least, put out an apology for the rude statement.
