Unless Negima is going to end soon (which it most likely won't), Akamatsu-sensei would know better than to have the LM harm Nodoka-chan if the plan is for him/her to survive the incident and become the big bad in the next main arc.)

Just read 333. Wow. Excellent chapter.

Negima is always on and off for me. When Negima's story is slow, it gets so slow that it makes my brain melt. But when the action picks up, it gets so freaking exciting. <:

There's still the possibility that while LM called Evangeline as her daughter, it doesn't mean that both of them are related by blood...As for me, I believed that he called her like that because Evangeline was one of her creation, thus he called her 'daughter'.

Epic Chapter. I highly doubt the "daughter" was meant literally, if LM created her it still makes sence. The spell is incredibly epic, kinda reminds me of that scientist shinigami from bleach

hi, new to the negima thread. that's all i wanted to say except Eva is as epic whenever she uses her magic. Are there actually different ships for Negima... Too many to choose fromm in my oppinion.

well when I look on LM from the profile panel... we can notice that under the lips is a small shadow.... the same shadow under the lips had arika... so it really point to be her....

what if after the birth of negi arika was very weak and LM used that opportunity to posses her body.... than nagi sacraficed himself to seal LM away.... maybe like LM wanted to take/posses new born baby negi... but arika stood in the way and he ended up possesing her... so nagi had to protect negi and sealed LM under mahora tree where eva and other mages are....

still I wish that its really nagis body and not Arika's becouse I want arikas body/memory to remain pure.... she had lots of stuff on her shoulders n the magic world... she suffered a lot in the prison so it should be enought than end up against her own child (that she was carring for 9months)

negi was fighting his dad in the curtural festival (colonel used that trick to change into nagi)... so negi should have no problem to fight his own dad's body... like fight 2legends at the same time (LM and nagi the 1000master saviour of the world)...... and it would be way ealier to his a male body by him than hurt a female one...

he did not even hit Female fate (who was his enemy) but ended up stripping her... so how could he hit his own mothers body... the person he loves and was not able to see her and be with her in person for his entire life so far.... and well stipping his own mother is kinda sick xD

so male body of nagi OK... female body of Arika NOT OK...


well maybe if arika was possesed by LM I hope that asuna with her sword would be like exorcising the body from evil/darkness and leave the body unharmed...so destroy the LM existance itself but leave he host body in 1piece

still it would be interesting if Asuna resummoned Arika from ethernal garden just like she did with Rakan in order to save negi... I mean someone needs to teach negi how to use Royal magic that he mostly inherited after arika...


but what is funny in current chapter is Eva herself... when Rakan was amazed by evas spell... she had no big reacton than "I will kill you with it"..... negi says its amazing... "eva blushes" XD and the last page... eva is reallyyy worried for negi :P so yeah she developed a soft spot for negi durring the school presence ^^

and what is really sad is that after this clifhanger we will have to wait like 2weeks to get next chap....


still I wodner where "fate girls are" we last saw them with dynamis... so im guessing that they locked the grave master and they are keeping guard

If you've paid attention to some of the other smaller girls in the class,you would have noticed a similar phenomena

well, Setsuna and Yue got bigger up front because there is something in the water/drinks of Magic World, Eva didn't take the trip, so her growth got to be treated with suspicion. to be honest, magic illusion with her in full power can explain away this one.

(Ken basically had been working for 3 straight chapters without safety net, meaning working on 7 days per chapter cycle instead of the usual 9 days per chapter cycle, saying if keep this up week after week, "he is going to die". which is why we have the early break.)

-- Ken jokes with his senior assistant Max for taking break during suspicious time (during the TV showing of Little Princess Sara, last time during the TV showing of Maison Ikkoku), and Ken says Max should realize the consequences, while chides him for not taking a break during Sazae san.

-- nothing to say about the new movie preview, however I do expect the movie will deal with
a) Negi's final partner.
b) how pactio works, both non kiss and permanent.
c) the resolution of Eva leaving Mahora.

of course, as alternative ending those should not be treated as canon or foreshadow of the manga ending.

Given how volume 29 spent two weeks in the #1 spot in the New York Times Manga list, and the recently released volume 30 debutted in #2 (stupid sexy Black Butler), the Negima manga is definitely a hot commodity in America.
