Take a look once again at my odds that I posted on this blog. Kuroneko is competing not only in 2ch, but also ISML. This is why she is an even-money favorite on my blog, because she has that distinction ahead of all the others.

It will not surprise me if Kuroneko wins, but since this would be against the weakest of the four Puella Magi in the quarters, I can see her true potential shine in the final if she gets there. She doesn't have to be at full-strength if she takes part in the Semi because she can beat Erica at half-strength.
