Does anyone know when Chrno Crusade is suppose to start? I am really looking forward to this series. Just love this kind of Anime.

Didn't know it was based on a game (don't hit me) but if the game was really good, then i hope so. The 24th hmm hopefully it will be subbed right before decemeber starts. Early Christmas present

It's not based on the game "Chrono Cross". It's based on the manga "Chrno Crusade". Sometimes these two names can be confusing.

Licensed? I know the manga is licensed but I'm not aware that the anime is also licensed. Any link you can share with us?

I think I saw it at AnimeonDVD being licensed to ADV. Let me check.

The manga was damn good, so I was really looking forward to this.

And the design and screenplay for the anime are all by the people who did Vandread... So I'm hopeful that the anime will be as good as the manga. What worries me though is the fact that Anime-Daisuki listed this as having only 13 episodes, which I think is a bit short to get through all that were in the manga...

I know I've stated this before, but WolfPack Productions will be doing Chrno Crusade with the group that translated the manga until it's recent license, Swordbreaker. So if you've been a fan of the manga, things should stay pretty true. ^^;

Great to hear, like I stated before, I love this kind of anime. Can anyone give some insight as to the storyline of the manga without being too spoiling. You know some generalization. Just to get a glimpse of its greatness.

Well, at first it seems extremely like Hellsing (you know, exorcism stuff) except with demons instead of vampires... But once you get to the story (which happens pretty quickly) it just gets pretty deep. Can't explain anymore.

Well, this is definatley one of the better anime shows :P, lol Demon Gunz and blood, just my kind of anime :P, too bad there are only gonna be 13 episodes blat, half a season =\...Every episode is better than the other, it's amazing how they leave you excited everytime the episode ends. lol, damn bastards
