Pretty hilarious episode, and the end reminded me of Ash tossing a poke ball.
Also dat kiss and dat ass. But umm, I think I was laughing at parts I wasn't supposed to. The main problem is that I don't take anyone seriously. I mean having Yuno almost gangbanged by those bunch of assholes... Everything is so over the top. :S Poor, poor Tsubaki. They all deserve to burn in hell for what they did. Episode 5 gets a 5/10. It wasn't bad but yea, it kinda just happened.

It might be an eye condition where surgery would have been needed. Maybe her parents died too soon before they had a chance to get her the surgery, and the cult leader definitely did not want her to leave the cell.
The episode was very entertaining. 12th was not as "bad" as we originally thought. I am still suspicious of the 4th. Every person we've seen so far has mental issues, and 4th seems too even keel. He has to have an agenda up his sleeve. Most likely, he wants to use Yuki and Yuna to get everyone first, and then he will finish them off.

Yuno's right arm during the scene where she is running with Yuki and Tsubaki...
gets funny if you look carefully. I need to try running like that someday. Well, that damn old man (the guy telling everyone to do it) got Higurashi-ed last episode. Apparently, Amblyopia =/= Nearsightness (Myopia?) and it doesn't necessarily get fixed with just glasses. Not that I'm an expert on the eye though.

My guess as to why Tsubaki doesn't get glasses is because the cult wants to preserve her "image" of being an oracle of some sort. Her poor eyesight was suppose to be a sign of her having special powers (or so they claim), so trying to correct it would be seen as suppressing her gift.
It's sort of like how in some cultures (like the traditional Hmong), people who suffered epileptic seizures were thought to have gone into spiritual trances, and thus were qualified to be the village shaman or something. |

Legally blind is not necessarily totally blind. Anyone with vision worse than 20/200 that can't be improved with corrective lenses is considered legally blind. Anyone with a field of vision less than 20 degrees is also considered legally blind. There are lots of serious visual disorders that corrective lenses simply can't help.
I'm not going to say Mirai Nikki is a series grounded in hard realism - it's a "suspension of disbelief" kind of show. But let's give it a break when it comes to something perfectly realistic.

Nice lil back story on Tsubaki. Yuno's devotion is unrivaled and Yukki would be done if it wasn't for her but he's shown to have some pretty sneaky moves when it mattered the most so far. Oh and this made me pretty happy
Spoiler for image:
Overall, another solid episode. 9/10. The cop, what are you up too.
