I must have had my life the easiest in this board....non of my sister's (older and younger) friend act as violent as they are featured in this ep. I even got some snacks whenever they visit my house.
Not like it matters that much anyway. I don't watch anime to look for the thing I hate.

I'm glad my ears weren't deceived, I just confirmed that Jun Fukuyama indeed played Savior as well as Kiyotaka.

Still, is the Lit Girl's crush on Hidenori more than coincidence, i.e. he is similar enough to the "introverted solitary geek" that she penned yet look enough cool not to weird her out? Yoshitake poses a larger question to me, however. I haven't been able to get a hold of his current personality.

It was Tadakuni who was trying to overhear the conversation between the Hidenori and Yoshitake lookalikes, right? He had red hair then and also at the last segment before the ending of episode 04 where he seeks counsel from Nago regarding approaching his friends. His hair turns black by the end of the segment o_o. I just can't think why they'd do that intentionally but it couldn't possibly have been a mistake either.
Compare this: Spoiler for red:
with this: Spoiler for black:
And it was in the same damn segment

No bloody damn way (unless the animators were pulling our legs but I really don't get why they would with this???). Just too much change in the hair color for that to be true. Your remark about Nago is a massive stretch when put alongside the change in his hair color. That's full out red that turns to full out black and nothing like the minor change in brightness we see with Nago's hair. But just for the sake of argument, his hair starts out red and stays that way when they are walking out of the shade and is red in the earlier scene where he spies on the lookalikes from the shadows. But it's black when he jumps out under the sun at the end of the segment with Nago.

A quick read through the manga and without saying too much spoiler... The character with the biggest screen time is clearly Hidenori. I wonder why the anime is trying to mislead us into thinking Tadakuni is the main character?

Character with biggest screen time =/= the mc. And I don't think the anime ever stated anything akin to "xyz is the mc." Just because it started with a guy doesn't mean he's the mc. As far as I go, this show clearly doesn't have and doesn't need a set "mc" but I will honor the mangaka's remarks and consider "that guy" the mc from now. Hoping for more appearances from him anyhow.
