So the problem come from gustyvedova's ears.
Maybe they've mutated the same time as Aldra's.

Weird, her voice sounds different to me

Maybe i'm just not used to it anymore. See, I didn't notice the color of her eyes changed.

I hope there is an explanation for these changes (like aldra's ears). Might be just tiny little changes but they bother me.

re-introduce aldra living normal life, slip & clumsy, also have a husband.
but memory lost with one thing still remind find her sister.
after talk with siggy here come ho-ski ymir.
meanwhile mirim still want to fight give concern then dinner time to steam bath.
annelotte's harem thinking they want queen annelotte.
give annelotte bit don't know take wonder but got nap in moving wagon.
ho-ski ymir make aldra do summon spell & join queen's army.
doing summon while in stuffed toy outft it works there alive & giant spoon to obey.
next day annelotte got lost her harem search for her & also reason why join annelotte.
aldra write letter to husband but dolls summon are loose & wild to get women.
queen clau & ho-ski ymir get plans ready need siggy.

next ep sound the sea shell is a ninja.

My expectations went a little off with the eighth episode, since I expected this one for two weeks to come by because features Aldra's return now as a seemingly, proper housewife in her youth and yet to learn how to be one.

I do give credit that tension outside Gainos is rising, and Claudette is issuing orders to Elina to take out as many warriors as the latter can find in order to quell potential uprisings throughout the countryside, and Ymir does it again effectively convincing Aldra to add her power to the Queen's Army.

Though Aldra would get her tough time trying to put those two summoned demons in check, and yet we haven't forgotten that she's still in the lookout for her little sister.

I was asking myself the same thing. I'd like to know what happened to Aldra since we last saw her with Tomoe in Hinomoto 2 years before Rebellion.

Maybe as she couldn't find her sister decided to seal her memory? Maybe it was her husband? Or a curse from the marshland witch? An elaborated plan of Ymir? We'll probably have the answer this season or the next.

That's a tough question. We know she'll get it back, so it can't be a curse from the witch, and we see Ymir going out of her way to convince her (differently in the anime than in the stories, but still), so she can't be manipulating her directly.
Her profile places her memory loss before she found her husband, so it probably was involuntary and/or an accident. After all, what mattered to her the most all the time was her sis...

I'm curious to know what Lyla will do now she knows the whole thing. She mentions Nanael while escaping, maybe we'll get to see her next episode. The girls snuggling Annelotte all the time gets annoying fast. Hoppefully it's over now. The girls decide to go to the queen's castle once more, just to get trapped in different arenas to fight. Huit and Vante x Siggy, Tanyan and Sanyan x Claudette, Mirim x Ymir, Luna Luna x Branwen, and Annelotte x Aldra (oh yeah boy). I wish the animation in these fights were a little better. It's probably the high point in the whole season now. None of the fights gets settle in this episode though, so we might have better luck in the next one. Next episode: Ymir will use her own battle armor against Mirim.

While talking with Eiren, she finds it weird that Claudette hasn’t taken any actions to stop the Witch. Eiren offered to help Laila by asking Ymir to convince Claudette to stop the Witch’s curse. I couldn't really make out what Laila said when she return back after reporting to 'Great Angel Nanael' but I guess it would be along the line "It is still too early for me to intervene." knowing Nanael lazy ass attitude. Annelotte and her harems easily infiltrate Gainos castle (you think the Queen’s army would tighten up their security after the last incident), only to be separated by vortex-like-portals. Just like the QB tournament, the girls were teleported to various places and have to fight their opponents. 1. Annelotte vs Aldra (with Ymir spectating from the balcony.) 2. Yuit & Vante vs Siggy (I really want to see Siggy use her second weapon, not just throwing aura-like projectiles.) 3. Luna Luna vs Branwen (WOOT!) 4. Tanyang & Sainyang vs Claudette (talk about mismatch.) 5. Mirim vs Ymir (Yes, that’s right. There are two Ymirs. Which is real, which is fake, I don’t know. Fake Ymir could be Eiren in disguise or it could be Merona.) Can't wait for next week! __________________ Currently watching: Amnesia, Jormungand, Lupin, Medaka Box, QBR, Sankarea, Shining Hearts, Zetman and a whole lot of anime backlogs

The second attack on the castle was mostly smoother than the first (this is why doing scouting missions helps), but now comes the actual tournament part of the fighting. Though the dialogue was sparse, the fight between Annelotte and Aldra was pretty cool. I wasn't aware those Muppets could produce some sort of clothes-dissolving (of course it is) soup. Don't mess with a housewife. Lyra didn't have much screentime, but she does make a decidedly different impression than Nanael. A lot more proactive, but just as clumsy, and once again, not fully involved in the goings on. She looks to want to change things rather than be worshipped. Her milk-gun is also pretty cool, even if it can't hit its target. Of all the things the preview for next week showed, the battle between Mirim and Ymir is the one I want to see the most. Mirim's her own person, now, and this is her chance to prove it.
