Most people is dealing with materials from LN 1 & 2 (my case). Personally I find it hard to judge unless we see the story as a whole (as in, if it ends in wincest or not is really gonna have an effect on the final veredict

Regardless of the answer, I'm gonna rant a little. The sister is deliberately concealing her identity from Shougo, so "he'll fall in love with her." Except he would be falling in love with the fake her, and as soon as he found out it would destroy all trust he had in her. If she was serious, she should have kept her mouth shut. Doing it this way makes her seem almost evil.

I would say more of a troll because the voice keep changing every time and it seems she's obviously leaving hints on who it could be, but Shougo has yet to pick up on it. It's obviously she's joyfully making him play the cat and mouse game, and the case keeps getting complicated so to speak.

I'm currently going through volume 5.5 and I'm going by the info I've learned by talking to other people about this thread and Kira etc.

It's what Suiri Megami Alice said that's Houshou Yuzurina and she appeared in volume 4 and was I'm sure you obviously know the focus in volume 6. Hope they add her in the anime.

Well, it's complicated and so far there's no winners...yet, but he's getting closer to them everytime. As for the sister, her identity keeps changing and here's what I discovered:

That I don't know, I haven't looked at that yet because I haven't followed the series in awhile. It's safe to say that she's another harem candidate since she flirts and tries to seduce the main guy.
