No. there are many adaptation of this in manga format. Like Sora as the main heroine and the same goes for all three sisters. There is even a manga dedicated to following the story of the LN.

The main adaptation has 12 chapters. Only the last chapter remains to be scanlated. There is a different spinoff for each of the girls. The Raika spinoff has more chapters than the others and was scanlated more frequently, probably because the chapters are smaller. Actually it is about the Road Observation club, but because most of the chapters are focused on Raika we say it is the Raika spinoff.

Special chapter 11.5 was scanlated. Title: Raika-san is in danger! The next chapter is the last.
Here's the reason it stopped so early, someone posted this at Japanzai:
"It wasn't "axed", so much I think as the artist said "Hey, they've asked me to do the manga adaptation for this year's Taiga drama so Igottagokthxbye" (the drama and manga are Yae no Sakura)"

No, each spinoff is from a different artist and at a different magazine. The Hina and Sora spinoff have only three chapters though and a tankobon was released months ago. The Miu spinoff has also a tankobon and I think 5 chapters. The Raika spinoff might be the only ongoing.

Unlikely that it would happen since Miu isn't into guys who are the pretty type, like Nimura is. Unless her tastes drastically changed, it would be pretty odd to see them as a couple.

iirc doesn't she first pop up in the manga in ch 11?
