No, Bardiche isn't a lost logia. Like Raging Heart, Bardiche is just a very advanced intelligent device.

I wonder if the weapons the knights possess are the same. I mean... they can't be lost logia because they were created by one of those, right?

If you think about it... probably the only lost logia used as a device for fighting is the book of darkness. (dunno about that staff Chrono got to "freeze" the books core though)

I even frequently thought in my head that the 21 Jewel Seeds were Lost Loggias.

There's basically 3 types of devices

Intelligent Devices (Raging Heart and Bardiche)
Storage Devices (S2U[Chrono's first device] and Durandal[the ice one])
Armored Devices (Velka-type devices)

Storage Devices don't have a will of their own, while Intelligent Devices and (probably, based on Laevateinn(/Levantine)'s response to Fate) Armored Devices do.

Lost Logia are ancient devices made by a ancient and destroyed civilization which have powers beyond the devices that can be made today. Unfortunately, few Lost Logia still function properly. Because they are now broken and unpredictable as well as awesomely powerful, they usually cause calamity. This is why they are illegal.

Both the Book of Darkness and the Jewel Seeds are examples of Lost Logia.

As a rule of thumb, anything that behaves properly, can currently be created or doesn't convery world destroying power is not a Lost Logia.

In short, something that's supposed to keep food fresh but actually destroys the universe is a lost logia and therefore bad

Note: Not all cataclysmic items of ultimate destruction are capable of keeping food fresh, Please check the packaging on your ultimate destructive item for proper usage, thank you.

Well, that was mostly based on the Nanoha wiki (http://nanoha.julynet.jp/), and they don't consider Durandal an intelligent device.
