I really hope they didn't abandon their desire to give Lightning a "happy" ending. So far it seems like everyone, based off the trailer, wants her dead and that she'll either die in the end or be forever alone.

If Lightning gets a happy ending for sure, I'll buy it and play it. That's about it. I'm just not crazy about the whole time-restricted gaming idea.

I tried that out years ago when Ephemeral Fantasia came out for PS2. Didn't really jive with how I tend to play video games. And now that I'll be starting work in a couple months with a 2-hour commute per day, I can't see having much time other than on the weekends for video games.

Hmm.. At least Hope didn't give up and betray Lightning. So far Noel and Snow are going to get in Lightning's way no matter what based on all the previews and they said the old cast would be returning... I'm guessing by that they mean only some because Fang and Vanilla sorta cannot really show up and Lightning's sister is out of commission too as far as how XIII-2 Ended.

Oh wow, so I see they're adding some of X-2's elements to the battle system. Well at least they're trying to spice up how battles works.

Those load times at the beginning do not look appealing.

At least they are spicing up the battle system though. This looks like what XIII should have been from the beginning.

i'm not upset that they put a garmet grid type system just i thought they were originally going to put in a customization option like the armor system in ME3

So I heard that people were bitching about the sexy pose of Lighting? Saying that it isn't like her and doesn't fit her personality. But it's totally ok for her to wear cat-girl like outfit from FF XIV. And it's not like Lighting has shown her preferences outside of all the melodrama talk...

Sorry if it looks like a rant but if they remove the overall victory pose and put nothing but screen with score after a fight, I'll seriously rage...
