There shouldn't be much skipping, since they're clearly going for just three volumes this time (5-7) as many of us predicted.

Well I have to say its not surprising we're getting a second season lol. But also since I haven't been on for awhile thanks riki for finishing up v5 and starting v6 I'm glad we still have a translator for this!

I also remember you saying that the anime will end with the 3rd volume and completely dismissed what I said about Kotori being on the artworks, yeah.

Since the production for the second season just went "green-lit," and it took the first season about a year to air after that was "green-lit," I wonder how long it will take this time.

I said it would be ideal if it did with the third volume. But it did with the 4th to not left a cliffhanger which wasn't a bad idea.

Didn't expected they would sacrifice Vol.2 in order to do that, though.

maybe this time they will have it out faster..does have a PV now..though if ova is in dec and if the yamai lunchtime is there..they should have s2 this fall..though thats just wishfullly hoping lol

To be fair, Vol.2 is probably the weakest out of the first three arcs- So even if it had an extra episode, I don't think it would've fared very well anyways.

Agreed. I remember stating such on both this thread and the anime thread that the arc covering Yoshino's was the weakest. In hindsight, they did the right thing.

the second arc may be the weakest but arguably the most boring one was tohka's original capture. She fails in many comparasions to most of the girls
1. She doesn't remember her original name.
2. She's the only one who appeared from an actual spacequake on screen
3. She is a dimwit on many levels
4. She's very much a lost puppy character because she was originally trying to kill shidou and only seemed to be close because he was her first friend and the first person to not try to kill her.

Yes Yoshino is very similar to tohka in many ways except she understands herself more and she has more depth actually she reminded me of Juvia of FT in a lot of ways. Lonely needed a friend causes rain all the time. but in that arc there was actually some depth. All tohka needed was a friend shidou did a lot more to help yoshino then he did tohka
