Japanese blogs and some important guy's twitter says its a FSN remake while English blogs jumped to their own conclusion and says HF .

Because they all diverge relatively early on, with very different things happening after the night Shirou summons Saber. You can incorporate aspects from one route into another, but it isn't truly combining them.

i guess your right they can't be truly combine they can get close to it like the manga did with fate and UBW but they never truly combine

Badly, yes....

and why do you think its not possible

Because the three routes have wildly different plots and character development, and the romantic aspect is actually important in at least two of the routes (Fate and HF). Combining them together just doesn't make sense.

You can just about manage to put together Fate and UBW, although it doesn't work well, but HF's plot is such that the events of Fate and UBW simply can't happen alongside it.

Good. I always felt that Fate and UBW were two halves of one story, and Fate/Zero and HF were two halves of a story. I know Fate/Zero is a prequel to them all, but it has most of its threads tied to events in HF.

Good news indeed. Been waiting for a HF adaptation ever since I played the game years ago.

Felt like the only logical step after Fate/Zero got animated, really.

I dunno why you think you'll hate Shirou. I mean, you might, but he gets a lot of character development in HF, and whether you see that as positive will depend on your opinion.

But as much as I want a Fate/Prototype anime above all else, an HF anime would be an automatic sell for me.

Yea Shirou is at his best in HF (somewhat unfortunately because I like Rin more than Sakura). Of all the routes, HF is the one that makes the most sense as a canon follow up to Fate/Zero imo.

Anyway do you guys think an OVA release would do the route justice? 6-7 one to two hour OVA releases like KnK or a 2-cour TV anime series? I think they'd be inclined to release it as OVAs to round out the media release forms, since Fate had a TV series and UBW had a movie.

Well, to be fair, I would say that HF covers more of Rin's true nature than UBW does.

Yeah, definitely. HF touches on a lot of the issues that HF raises.

Well, I don't think HF can work without being a similar length to the Fate anime. There is just too much stuff in there that is necessary for character development, and that character development is necessary for people to be invested in the characters and what happens to them.
