At this one, I answered yes, but it applyes IF and only IF the series is licensed in MY country (read: Italy). If I a show of which I own fansubs copies get licensed , ie, in the US, I couldn't care less, honestly.

A: Unless the first group always does a bad job (which hasn't been the case for any fansubbed anime I've been following), I would usually go with the faster group.
