Not sure that I can agree with the initial statement...but once the effect ended and they saw the flashback, the enemy easily caught them off guard.

Well I guess they are good at killing grunts but against soldiers of equal abilities or higher, maybe they will have a hard time without Geass?

So who do you think would win...
the geass that kill or the geass to live!

My suggest is the will to live....Suzaku killed alot of people who wants to kill except that they dont use geass!

As far as we know (and we DO know) - Suzaku won't loose.
So the only question is - will all of the w0 die or not.

We also know that, not all of Europe was subjugated. That is probably where the W0 unit shines.

I don't think its sealed. This feels like something that would fit in between S1 and S2 of CG. Since we all know Charles doesn't care what happens to the world rewriting Lelouch's personality to make him do everything for him fits the bill.

The delayed EP 2 talked more about Akito's past, but it didn't answer a lot of questions. Seems like Akito's geass functions in a similar manner to Suzakus. It had the mech fanservice and Leila fanservice. But the theatrical poster and showing preview scenes of C.C. were really misleading.

I think she will appear its just that the whole staff decided to push it to this episode after delaying ep 2 release and if you took a close look when comparing both the recent episode and it's preview back in episode 1, some of the scenes in the preview were modified in episode 2 because you know it was obvious, focus more on the Euro Britannia as well as Xin especially showing Julius. There's a chance that episode 3 will focus more on Leila Malkal and her past involving C.C. and that her Geass may be shown.

No individually their skilled (better than Akito's ex squad at least) But with the geass they become even better. Seems like Akito's geass drives him into a state of killed or be killed. So its becomes pure instinct. Akito's brother's geass really resembles lelouches except it seems he can control people more than once... I wonder what happens if they try to control each other. With that tech you could have a whole squad of Suzakus. But the mental feedback would be pretty painful.

Lelouch probably wont use his geass in this ova.

does it say what her Geass is or anything like that, or just that she has Geass. Is that from the guidebook on CC's past. Hopefully we can find out some interesting info from it.

All that does is give us a nice clue about what the Geass might be, based on her kind of wish/desire, but there's nothing specific about it.

They're obviously not going to reveal the exact details beforehand. But based on that manga we get some of the following connections.

I suppose the implication is that Akito doesn't truly wish to die, deep down, despite his words on the subject.

Yeah I gathered that as well watching the second episode.

Now the question is how Akito survived the command. as only Euphie and Nunnally ever resisted or broke a Geass command before and that was because of the command going very against their nature, so maybe it's something like that with Akito as well. But we will find out in either episode 3 or 4.

Leila's wish = to put an end to the status quo = her power is ??? Lelouch's wish = to create a new world/towards the future = his power is absolute command.
