What's the significance of an Otome plugin? I do know Rina was involved with Mai-OTOME... Is that that, or does maiden plugs mean something in universe?

Presumably it's something similar to a Maiden Circuit (cookies for those who get it).

When the two submarine girls talk to Takao, her ship erupts from the water. Bet the drag is killer, though.

Fog ships aren't normal ships by any stretch. They have beam cannons, exotic weapons, powerful shields, self-regeneration and advanced AI's. Them being capable of submerging just further differentiates them from normal ships.

It's single parenthesis on all the slides. Check the submerged/surfaced stuff. Some text editor probably accidentally cut those off.
